Pork jowl is the part of the pig’s head, the pig’s cheek consists of the jaw bone of the cheek and the pig’s nose. Cheeks are small part, stick with jawbone, but pig cheeks are a part of providing many nutrients to the body.

The cartilaginous coating obtained from the section of the fronto-proximal & central part of the mask, formed by cartilage, subcutaneous tissue and skin mainly.

Constituted by the areas near the nasal and buccal orifices. Match to the middle.
